Three scientists from Columbia University are working on more or less ridiculous parapsychology projects, but one day they hit the real thing - there is a ghost in the New York Public Library that not only was seen by people, but also moved the items around. Unfortunately at the same time they are fired from the university, so they come up with an idea for business - they open the Ghostbusters service offering the removal of any sort of ghosts. To their amazement the city is hit by a wave of paranormal events, but one of their clients will become key to something much bigger.
Scifi comedy written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis is classic movie mixing the paranormal elements with humour and the unique atmosphere of New York City. Well written, great cast at their prime and great story - a movie you must not miss.
